Luckily, the listing is down for now. I won't be surprised, if it comes back on there.

Honestly I think the bidder that wins this almost deserves to get what's coming to them, they clearly did very little basic research into what they're spending over $350 on by refusing to even read the description of the item.

A fool and their money soon part

I agree with you. The bidder that wins this should do a lot more research about actual real error coins, not damaged coins with Post Strike Damage. That's ignorance at its finest.

Here's one. The seller claims it has a Cud, but it doesn't It only shows a worthless Die Crack/Die Chip. 163310443616

Here's one of the worst 1914-D Lincoln cents I've ever seen, and it has bids!

Any idea what the " Royal Mint Error" on this extremely common 2 pound coin is?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-rare-I...Ro:rk:6:pf:0
Perhaps it's the rare "Edge Lettering Upside Down" variety...

I think this seller is going to be very disappointed.

Not exactly a "worst coin", but the seller's method of proving the weight of a Lincoln Cent is shown below:

Here's another seller trying to bait an uninformed collector into believing that a damaged Sacagawea dollar may either be the rare Cheerios variety or the Wounded Eagle error (or both).

264041385604

The title of the auction is "2000 p Sacagawea dollar Error cheerios Coin Wounded Eagle You Decide Rare."

In the details section, the seller has the audacity to claim: "I can remember this coming out with another coin (penny) in a black and clear wrapper."
