Hmmm. The seller lists an ANACS certification number for that coin, and it is for a 1999 Georgia tilted partial collar, but there are no pictures on the page. Cert # 7149860. Here's one. Seller doesn't accept returns. The seller claims the coin is an "error", when it isn't. The coin is normal, the listing is the only error I see here. For the price of 270.00 and 5.25 for shipping and handling, it can be yours.  386257951323Errers and Varietys.

The only error there was the seller posting it as an error and trying to sell it.
