If you click on it, this is what you see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275138380597 A coin someone's pulled from their pocket change, with a mintage in the hundreds of millions, worth face value, being sold in contravention of ebay's rules, which state "Listings for current, exchangeable, ungraded currency from any country worldwide cannot exceed £1,000 in value, whether in a single listing or in a combination of multiple listings". It's annoying enough to have to wade through these sorts of listings on ebay without ebay itself then 'promoting' these ridiculous listings.
