At one time you could see who the buyers were, & research their purchases, feedback, etc., giving you a better handle on what you're dealing with ... ...some sellers seem to build good feedback, then, switch to questionable, & counterfeit items ... ...bottom line: ... Know your seller as much as you can ... be suspicious of "no returns" on expensive items ... be very wary of zero-to-little feedback ... communicate with sellers & judge from their responses ... evaluate their feedback, good & bad ... are the feedbacks justified & do they make sense... ...I started on ebay back in the mid-'90s, & there was very little fraud ... boy, have things changed ...
