First of all, those coins are holed, so who would want them? And second, the asking price is probably at least 10X the coin value in silver, so I highly doubt that seller will get anyone interested.

It doesn't look uncirculated to me.
I'm sure I could achieve much the same effect with a buffing brush.

okay I have two options for you...
1. It's a mechanical error on the coin just like the TPGs have on slab labels 2. it's a British thing" it was 1922 in London but it was still 1921 in Philadelphia?

That 1858-5 cent coin contains slightly over 1 gram of silver so the scrap value is about 60 cents. Much less than the starting bid.
