This gives the "dime struck on nail" some competition.

That is rather interesting. Not my kind of thing, but still interesting.

Might be worth it just to get the Scrabble tile holder.

Wait, what, that is not included?

The seller's statements seem to be true.

Apart from her/his atrocious spelling and grammar, they're atrocious pictures. The description "Variety of old coins, can't get no more cheaper." means it could be cheaper, however the price has been increased from $15 to $20 on relisting.

Also with the scrabble board:

'1943 steal penny'

No sir, I don't want to. The coin is just too ugly for that.

'1909 Wheat penny. 1st year it came out.'

So it's been gay for 107 years now?

'2 Buffalo nickles, worn, may be very old'

I heard that cavemen used it as substitute for grotto paintings of this animal. After that, emperor Nero used to pay with them, rumors say. Otherwise, I guess they're no older than 103 years at max.

"Raw 1922-D Lincoln Wheat cent 1C Uncertified Ungraded Business Strike choice PQ"

Price: US $265.02 (Buy It Now)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Raw-1922-D-...261836819469

It would have to be an unadulterated MS-63 RD coin to be worth the price. (NumisMedia Fair Market Value [FMV] for MS-63 RD = $264)

What do you think?
