2007 $20.00 Uncut Pair Specimen

I was browsing ebay maybe 2 days ago (I've not done this for a while) and came across an uncut pair of $20.00 "specimen notes".

I don't recall the exact prefix, something like CG with 07 000000 (the 07 000 000 I am sure of) after it on both notes there was selvedge around 2 sides also. It reported that only 40 or 60 notes were produced.

Did anyone else see this at all? It was buy it now for $13,000.00. I've just tried looking for it again and I cant locate it anywhere, either its been removed of someone has snapped it up.

I've not heard of any specimen notes like this at all before.

Sorry that my info isn't exact, I only looked at it once and moved on, but thought about it again after checking Maccas guide.

Can anyone shed any light on it at all?
