Hi...let me ask a stupid question..Is this Toonie the only year that The Royal Mint put there emblem on the core and not the ring of the Tonnie...?

You had me going there for a second with Royal Mint. I thought you had found something very unusual a toonie counterstamped with The Royal Mint logo.
