two coins , same date , almost the same grade except for the flaws on the second coin. Notice the scratch (gouge) on the eyebrow of the queen and the one below her chin and a small one on her cheek.
I would like to know how much scratches etc effects the grade of a coin.
So how would you grade each coin?

Need better pics of both sides,otherwise it's like pitching horseshoes while blindfolded.Take them out of the 2x2s and then use the forums image optimizer to resize them.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
