None of the Classic head varieties are truely rare. As dates the odd dates 09,11,and 13 are scarcer and as a date the 09 is one of the tougher dates in the early large cents.

As to the variety of the is one, there are five varieties in 1810 and this is S-283 an R-2 coin.

It's graded by ANACS and was wondering if anyone wanted to venture a guess.
