Took a little vacation from studying coins with my new job being busy. From what I understand...PF is an abbreviation for proof...where as PL is for proof like. When ICCS grades as PF 67... is that the same as trends for PL 67?

PF is proof, PL is proof like non proof coin

It really depends on the series. Some series have both designations, some may only have one or the other. Morgan's will have defined criteria for what constitutes PL and PF. PF is almost universally more highly valued.

PF67 is a proof coin. Ultra heavy cameo taken from a proof set.
Pricing tables in the Charlton catalogue of Canadian coins have a column for proof coins.
