This guy goes on the streets asking people to buy a silver dollar for a dollar and just about everyone refuses the offer

They don't know who that person is so a lot of people just wouldn't even consider it. That guy is way too big lolol, a lot of people wouldn't feel comfortable pulling out money in front of someone like that to begin with on a street.

And the guy is getting in their face trying to push something on them, I wouldn't bother with it either.

I would walk away from a $20 opportunity in that situation, if there is the slightest chance of a situation getting out of hand. There are reasons why people don't sell things on the street.

A foreigner or some kid that's interested in silver would interact with him but I would put my mouthpiece in before interacting with him, lol. You just never know people's intentions these days. The days of picking up hitchhikers are long gone.

And even if the coin is real why would he give it away? The situation doesn't make sense and you don't know what you're getting yourself into. Worst case- you get robbed, or just lose a buck if its fake, best case you get a $20 coin you have to now find a place to sell to, just a headache either way.

This dude is hilarious. I am not sure this is one of his better videos but he has several where he gathers signatures to get the 1st amendment suspended, gold confiscated, etc. and it is amazing that he gets ANYONE to sign.

If you think that's something to bang your head on a wall about, spend a week on the streets of any major city--NYC, Chicago, SF, LA, or wherever--take your pick...
After enough panhandlers, psychos, off-their-meds outpatients and miscellaneous freakazoids hit up on you, you'll learn and you'll start quickly walking right past all
of them--while keeping half an eye on them to be sure you don't get stabbed in the back with an icepick as you walk away.

And... that doesn't even address:
1--The 99.9% probability the "silver dollar" in question was made in China---out of base metal and then plated with nickel (or maybe even silver, if you get a good one).
2--The possibility that the "silver dollar" is contaminated with who knows what. Basic personal health and safety considerations mandate never accepting anything from
ranting street people.
