Looks like it could be Trajan but need pictures.

It is Trajan, but better pictures are required to suggest the reverse.

The coin does appear to be Trajan with some sort of countermark.

The reverse looks like roma seated, as for the obverse I agree with pish, but it kind of looks like sept. severus.
