Information about orders placed offline:

Note: Orders not submitted on http://www.mint.ca site will not appear in your "order history". We are working towards having all orders listed under your order history to better serve you. To inquire about orders not listed in your order history please contact our Customer Solution Centre

So they had it before and then they took it away, now they are saying they are working towards getting it back.

Server migration on going.

I haven't been able to log into my masters club account since before Jan 1st.
Called the mint and was informed that a server upgrade was happening and it might take up to a month to get access with my email address. Final got access back on Sunday.

I've got orders that have shipped as part of subscriptions that have never appeared in my order history. So they have some work to do as part of the migration but I hope they get it taken care of. I tend to float near the edge of MC status so missing orders could cause the status to lapse even though I made the order.

I saw that notation a few days ago and wondered if new orders placed through reps would show up. In my case, they don't so far. Additionally, my last order is showing as 'processing' even though I received the coins long ago.

Seems like it's back to the future with the order tracking. A few years ago, I got shipping notification e-mails with tracking numbers and the website was updated fairly well. Now, information is missing, I never get shipping notification, old orders are not always updated and new orders are missing.

And yet people still defend the RCM's customer service - worst customer interface I have experienced on-line. Really, if it is not complete, not accurate and not informative, it is worse than having nothing at all.

I personally keep records of my orders in a spreadsheet because I can't rely on the Mint to do it.

You're lucky. I lost access to my mint account way back in November when they did some server upgrade. Finally got my access back on Tuesday - 6 weeks later.

I'm sure glad that some of the monkeys in the mint's IT department aren't responsible for some of the nation's critical infrastructure ( dams, hydro distribution, refineries ). They sure have to get their upgrades up and running properly a little faster then what they do now.

Looks like more than just the mint's shipping department could use a good kick in the butt.

I spoke yesterday with my Representative and told me that any inquiry I have to talk with him, that the web page migration to a new server and system could take several weeks. He said that the actual old web page is not more able to manage so many customers at the same time.
