edweather Pillar of the Community United States 7375 Posts	Posted 01/17/2014 1:30 pm Third Sunday of every month in the Syracuse NY area there is a small coin show, about 25 tables, at the Ramada Inn in Liverpool NY. Can't even remember the last one I went to. Probably over 40 years ago. Kind of excited, just started collecting again, plus have a little extra cash. Almost any coin show I've ever been to beats places like ebay massively. And remember you get what you see. No wrong one sent. No postage. No ebay or paypal fees. No lost in mail. Free admission, free parking, nice dealers. Some RPD trimes and a '53 SLH just had to come home with me. But as was said above - lots of choices, you really can see it in hand, discuss things with dealers (you learn A LOT just pulling up a chair and talking when it gets quiet).
