Its Claudius II - issued posthumously by Constantine.

DIVO CLAVDIO OPTIMO IMP
REQVIES OPTIMOT MERIT

315-320 (approx), Rome.

Its from a small set of coins issued by Constantine, not super-rare but quite collectable. I think other coins exist for Maximian and Diocletian, maybe a few others too.

I used to have a good link for these, will see if I can find it.

Not the site I was thinking of but still a pretty good summary of these coins - was not aware they were made in so many mints, the one above may not be Rome after all.

This is from a commemorative issue struck by Constantine I circa 313 AD. Claudius II, Constantius I and Maximian where the three emperors in this series.

i eyeballed on of these on my last coin shopping binge, they're still on my list. looks like you could do some easy clean up on that one was well.
