Looks like Zeus with scepter arm extended upward and head tilted up ?

Legend ? (G E) R A P I D (?)

RIC 256 is the only reverse I can see with an arm even remotely in that position, but that's the only similarity... will keep looking

Now I am looking at the Tetricus ..... that should be easy right ?

The obverse almost certainly is Tetricus. The reverse almost certainly shows CONSECRATIO. Good and well.

Tetricus in honor of DIVVS VICTORINVS ? There is such a type I can find ..... but not this type !
