I have been following this nickel for a couple of weeks now. The 'N' is missing in the word cents.

The seller keeps changing the price. One day it is $275, then $325 and then over $500 and back to $275 again.

Does ebay have a program that modulates the price of an item within a certain range selected by the seller?

And does anyone think this is a PMD?

I agree with the grade and the fact that the n is a strike through but the hit on her forehead and reverse scratch hurt it. Keep in mind that as far as I know the Victorian coins especially 5 cents are notorious for weak and some times almost missing N's but correct me if I'm wrong.

Not PMD weakly struck N is common for these.
Was priced at $260 for a while. The seller, not ebay is changing the price regularly.
