Are these real silver?
There is no purity marked on them.

here's a link to further that feeling http://www.sterlingsilver911.com/is-it-silver.html

The following was copied from the link above

Here are a few silver plate marks / words to be on the lookout for:

EP, EPNS, EPC, AI, XII, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, Silver Plate, Heavy Plate, Triple, Quadraplate,
Community, IS, and 1847 Rogers Bros (it not only isn't sterling, but it wasn't made in 1847 either!)

I think you will find they are brass under that silver plate. I threw mine in my brass scrap.

I'd polish them up nice and try to find a buyer... then again, my wife runs an antiques shop on Etsy and it does quite well. Actually, check replacements Ltd. and see if they have the same style (I'm sure they will) and you will find plenty of information there.

Yes, they are electroplated.

You could shine them up and sell them. A buyer should be easy to find.

I listed them on ebay.
The shipping will make them a hard sell.
I would give them away if I would break even on the shipping charges.
