Very nice! But strictly speaking, it's of both Mary Queen of Scots and her scoundrel of a husband, Henry, Lord Darnley: MARIA & HENRIC, R & R (Regina et Rex).
Psalms 67:2 on the reverse: "Let God arise, and let his enemies be scattered." Somebody sure didn't like Queen Elizabeth...
