If it is real, it was issued by a Seleukid king, in the style of Alexander III. The writing in the right field of the reverse spells SELEYKOY.

Edited to add:

Seleukid Kingdom, Seleukos I Nikator
AR Tetradrachm
the mark in the left field (on the reverse) indicated the Seleukeia on the Tigris mint

This type of coin is often faked and I haven't studied them (or yours) enough to render an educated opinion on whether yours is real.
