If they have been cleaned then they are worth even less.
If they are average circulation for their age then you are looking at the lower values.

I think the condition is all important for these coins.
I'd say that the lower value given above would be for a coin in what is called "Fine" condition.
The worse a old worn coin can look is called "Good" condition, where you can make out the date and recognise the coin. These Coins, if in this "good" condition, would be worth under 1 pound.
