I think the seller may have inadvertently added the Indian head photo into the auction photos by mistake. There is no mention of errors in the auction description.

Something is fishy...

How does he know it's a VDB, if the reverse is from the Indian cent?

These are two different coins. If you notice that the SVDB is in an IGC holder, while the reverse of the Indian cent is in a PCGS holder.
