Old Note--Bank Of Toronto ( $ 5 ) Jan. 2, 1935

have another old note here......but this is a fiver!

It is again from Jan. 2, 1935 but it is a Five ( $ 5 ) dollar note. Again, not the greatest shape either but this one is also almost 100 years old. I kinda wonder why my parents (or their parents) have 2 old notes from the same date. Makes me wonder IF this was not when they immigrated to Canada AND they kept some of these to put away with each child. I do not know, except I have 2 different note amount, from 2 different types of banks.....with the same date at the bottom.

Thanks, any info appreciated!!

All I know is, that reverse is absolutely beautiful. I've seen some high graded examples of this note, and the back just absolutely pops!
