Was just going through some of my parents old coins tossed in a Tin here. Not sure about this or not -- is there a shoulder strap or not? Or are those just scratches? What do you think?

Small date, no shoulder fold.
The shape and position of the I in DEI are the markers on a worn coin.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
