Not much detail left on the first coin so ID is going to be a guess. I believe the coin is of the emperor Constantius II with the reverse of a standard and two soldiers. Legend is GLORIA EXERCITVS. The second coin is Constantine II as Caesar from the Treveri mint and is two standards with soldiers with the same reverse legend as the first coin.

First coin is Constantius II / GLORIA EXERCITVS. I cant help you with the denomination, but I can tell yout eh top one is a reduced version of the bottom.
