It looks like 1999 was notorious for die chips everywhere. I did spot the Error #1947 (under the 9). It looks like the coin went on to get a few more die chips around the 99 before they caught it. Are the missing denticles from the same coin? Your errors on the 99 are very similar to #1972 and #1803 Accumulations in Date, and Die Chip in last 9 of Date. That's one error packed coin!
