I don't think its a real coin but it's real gold have any of you heard of this before?

Yes its real gold. found it a few years ago in some dirt that we bought to gold pan and they would occasionally put those in. is there a way I could check if its real gold?

yes years ago I bought one on the internet when I was starting out collecting. when I got it in the mail and saw how small it was I realized I got ripped. but its a cool little thing to have

Isn't this one of those things you can buy on ebay that has a very tiny amount of gold? Its like a 22kt replica of the saint or something.

These were a thing a couple decades back; we see them regularly here. The majority are gold-plated, and have no real value, but there are "real" gold ones out there.
