Posible Lamination Flaw & Grease Filled Die!!

G Day all. Personal 200 Post's.
Am I correct in assuming the 1968 20Ct is a Lamination Flaw? As you can see there are Two Lamination line's running diagonally across the Obverse to the Rim, I'm thinking this Metal Flake is part of the Lamination streak.
All so found this 2013 $1, It seem's to have a "Very Light" Grease Fill in the Letter "A".
What do you guy's think?
