Seleukid Kingdom. Not sure which king. Check wildwinds.

Obverse-- not sure who
Reverse-- Apollo seated on omphalos

I'll give a quick look and post again if I find this specific coin.

I think it's Seleukos III Keraunos, with the head of Artemis on the obverse.

On your coin's reverse you can partially read the legend, which names the king.

The reverse of these coins names the king. In this case, I think yours reads "BASILEWS SELEYKOY" (BASILEWS to the right, king's name to the left).

I didn't carefully search but with your coin in hand compare it to some of the examples listed for this king on wildwinds:

These are Seleucus III, Artemis on obverse. Similar to yours?:

You need to nail the ID before finding the rarity and valuation. I would not clean it, that sandy patina is very appealing.
