Has anyone received an email or letter from the RCM about a rep that has been assigned to their account? *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

I also received invitation letter today, stating free silver coin if I call RCM. But I already have a rep. Don't know what is going on. Lol.

Quote: ...Don't know what is going on... justsilver, neither does the mint it would seem. Anyway why not get another rep, you will receive twice the amount of benefits. ( 2 x 0 = )

It would be interesting if I have one MC account under two reps' control. Lol.

Maybe the Mint need new customers because people are not ordering as many coins? I have cut back severely on Mint purchases. The only coins I ordered from my rep are the $100 for $100 coins. Everything I can get cheaper elsewhere since I buy out of province to avoid PST.

I already have a rep - sort of. Since I'm not buying much anymore our relationship has waned.

I got a call from a guy from the Mint - he left a message on my phone with his name and phone number. Does this mean he is a rep calling me? If I call back will I have a rep for my account? What are the benefits of having a rep? Thanks for anyone who can explain some of this to me!

your rep will get to know you, and have an idea of what you're buying. If something new comes in that he feels will be advantageous to you, he'll call you or send you an email with updates. Often, if there are maximum sales, he will be able to over-ride and let you purchase as many as you want (eg 20/4/20 or 100/4/100s)
