It doesn't look like it. On the 109, the second T in STATES is tilted left and the bottom right of the T is above the bottom left of the E.

Thanks. Good eye. I'll keep at it. This one has me stumped. It's usually pretty easy. If you have any ideas as to the correct attribution I'd appreciate it.

Not 110, the 5 (in 50 C) is in the wrong position in relation to the claw.

and the T - E relation is off.

Not 109, the T - E is off.

[Note: 1832 is only easy compared to 1834 & 1836]

I kinda hate 1832; the only solace is at least it isn't 1827.

I can't find this one in Overton. I keyed on the shape of the 5 and the relationship in AME - the M appears closer to the E than the A - and the location of the 5. No dice.
