SO I have humbly entered the world of civil war tokens. So I bought a couple today that grabbed my attention for 10 bucks apiece. Well I come home and I am looking online for a rarity number for them but I can't seem to match up the Fuld numbers for the obverse and reverse on this one. I think the obverse is 105 (seems obvious to me anyway) and the reverse appears to be 355. But a couple of the online sources I have found only list 105 with 359 or 360. What am I missing?

Nice token, and it sounds like you got some excellent prices on the two! I began collecting these late last year. They are a fascinating series that there is a fairly good supply of at reasonable prices.

The Civil War Tokens Red Book (Bowers) lists the 105/355 die pairing as the most common 105 pairing (R-3), as the below image shows:
