Hey--that looks even better in your pictures! The color is the norm for circulated FEs.
It's at least a solid F-15, but I might grade it more like VF-20 for the feather definition--nice even wear! Compare to Rick Snow's grades in the video below.
I don't see any issues except perhaps a slight rim bump at 11:00? With the 1856 type obverse, I think it's worth $75 easily.
