This set was mailed in 1965 by the Bank of Montreal to a man in central Tennessee. Postage cost was $0.47; his total cost was $57.50.

As you see, I mis-spoke. This silver set was sold by the Guardian Trust Bank (in Montreal), not the Bank of Montreal.

(Note the calculations made on the box over the years).
