I don't have the attribution guides for the FE cents, so the Snow # escapes me--does anyone know? All the doubling I see is in STATES (below)

And yes--this is another ebay coin--anyone want the link?

Very new to the Snow varieties. But I'll go.....S17. Doubled Die obverse. 1-O-1. Obv. 17. Rev. W. Rev. should be rotated 5 degrees to the right. Very Scarce.
