The coin shows Constantius II, relative to the better known Constantine I the Great. The reverse shows two victories facing each other (these are roman gods symbolising actual military victories). Both hold wreaths.

Heres the full ID:
Constantius II
Bust type: LROSDC (Laureate, Rosette Diademed, Draped, Cuirassed)
Obverse Legend: CONSTANTI-VS PF AVG
Reverse Legend: VICTORIAE DD AVGGQ NN
Mint Mark: SMTS Epsilon
Mint: Thessalonica
Reference: RIC VIII Thessalonica 102

Victoria, who was worshipped as a goddess, is depicted by herself. If there are two winged figures, it is not Victoria, but rather a representation of victory.

Truly appreciate all of your replies. If I may also ask about this coin that I bought for a really good price. I believe it's a Gallenius coin. I would appreciate your input as I really liked this coin.

Where are my manners?

Heres the Gallienus:

Gallienus AE Antoninianus. GALLIENVS AVG, radiate bust right / SECVRIT PERPET, Security standing left leaning on column. RIC 280, Cohen 961; Sear5 10359.

Quite a scarce type, I've not seen one before.

You can easily ID many coins yourself with little or no knowledge if you go to the right websites. Your Gallienus coin can be pretty easily ID'ed by gong to Wildwinds- http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/

They have a partial legend page- http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/findstr.html

which allows you to enter whatever letters you can see on your coin and perform a search.

If you check the Sticky thread on Books, Downloads, and Website you will find tons of information on IDing your coins. You can even download complete books on the subject. Of course you can always post your coins here, we are more than happy to help.
