I noticed a few irregularities that I haven't been able to find information for. In one penny, there are no hair lines, and for the other the II, one is raised normally and one is flat an seems wider. Can anyone help with them, and if you have encountered them also?

In the 3rd pic the numeral on the right appears more flattened probably from PMD.
