HBKidJr New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 07/15/2007 04:36 am I'm new here and I recently came across a coin and after some research, I've found that it could very possibly be a "Scott Restrike", one of 500. Everyone here knows alot more about this than me, so I'd appreciate if you all could either confirm my theory or debunk it. Here's a picture of the front and back: I've learned enough tonight to know that the front is the seated liberty and the back is the confederate shield, it's got 1861 printed on the bottom of the front, and for the life of me, I can't find a letter to help me figure out where it's minted... I have a 2MP cell phone camera phone, but of course, it doesn't zoom with enough detail. I'll try to get my hands on a friend's camera so I can get a decent picture. Thanks for all of your help!
