Obv: Bust of Athena right, in high-crested Corinthian helmet & an aegis
Rev: Eagle alighting right on basis decorated with meander pattern, flanked by caps of the Dioskouroi surmounted by stars, star in upper center, magistrates name beneath.

another neat coin ACG! why are the dioscuri caps "topped" off with stars? same thing on this coin I posted recently...

well, I just "googled" it out...

from wikipedia, " The brothers became the two brightest stars in the constellation Gemini ("the twins"): Castor (Alpha Geminorum) and Pollux (Beta Geminorum)."
