I found this coin while searching through some cents. The obverse was pretty well off center so I set it aside to look at later. This is what I found.

This coin is displaying typical Machine Doubling (MD) which is not an error. I would like to see a full shot of the reverse to determine if it is off centered or a misaligned die on the obverse.
