These came in at just under £4 each, so happy.

I can't make out the first coin, I have a couple of Minerva/owl quadrans. It may be another.

Second coin looks a bit dodgy but I think it is supposed to be Spain, Bronze,Castulo, II cent. BC, AE, (g 5,07, mm 19, h 12). Diademed male head r., Rv. Bull standing r.; above crescent, below legend. SNG Copenhagen 213-216. Large flan.

I went for this lot for the third coin which is something along the lines of ACRAGAS. Tetras, bronze, about 410-406 BC. AE 10.58 g. AKRA Eagle with spread wings standing r. on dead hare, tearing at it with his beak; in field r., vine leaf; linear circle. Rev. Crab, vine leaf between its claws; below, crayfish l., r., mussel; in field, three pellets. SNG ANS 1034. Calciati I, 56.

Don't see any evidence of pellets from the photo, hope it arrives this week.

Can't go wrong for that price. I not so sure about the Castulo either it does look a bit odd.

Generally the Akragas types with crab and eagle go for crazy prices. I would say you did well on that one alone !
The other two for intents and purpose are 'freebies' !

If it turns out to be genuine I will be very pleased. I think it might have helped that the eagle and hare was described as an antelope!

The one on ebay like mine went for a decent price, although it is better than my specimen which will arrive tomorrow hopefully.

Me too, and I am going to have to toughen up. Off to India on Monday, am going to treat myself to an Indian coin whilst I am there, on return concentrate on what I have before buying others. I have over 100 to attribute fully.

At least that's what I say now!
