Any opinions on this one? The lines appear parallel. Die damage or something else?

Does the rest of the coin look like it is late die state or does In God We Trust just look that way due to heavy die abrasion? It kind of looks like there are some clash remnants behind the hair of Washington.

I really don't know what would cause those lines other than part of a sleeve or some fabric could have gotten between the die and the coin causing a struck through error.

It does look like it was struck from a later die state, but these don't look like the typical radial flow lines. There is some deterioration present, but it isn't nearly as late of die state as some SQ's I've seen. I thought struck through at first, but wouldn't there be a crossing pattern if struck through cloth, instead of just parallel lines. I haven't seen one in hand so any info is helpful. Thanks for responding 7TF.
