You could always make a want list on this site for the 82-83 if you feel uncomfortable with ebay. I'm sure there are members here that could help you out.

IF you could find a decent coin show I think you'ld be amazed at how easy it is to get all of those. At one coin show I go to there is always one person selling completed sets of different types. Usually Lincoln Cents from 41 to present and in all MS grades. I've seen almost every possible coin, except the ones I need, at many of the coin shows in my area. Not sure where you live but look up coin shows on the internet. At one show I go to there are dealers that have coin stores so if they don't have what you need or want now, they could tell you where their store is and might have it there.

I thought I received a bonus coin from the ebay seller inside one of the mint set envelopes, but was bummed to find out that it was just a 1996 west point dime that came in that years set.

Count your blessings. A lot of people pull the W coin and then sell the set as a full set to people who don't realize there is supposed to be a W coin in the set.
