I like:
Canadian 50 cent coins - 80%, .3 oz
Australian 1966 50 cent coins - 80%, about 1/3 oz
Australian pre 1946 Florins - sterling (.925), about 1/3 oz
All are attractive coins and are often sold at melt value

Foreign, I'd say US (Only Classic Coins that I can buy for melt, don't put money into common date Franklin's, kennedy's, roosevelt's and washington's)
Any Great Britain Queen Victoria Stuff I can get my hands on
Chinese/Korean Silver
Most of the 1800's and older stuff that I can score for melt unless it's really ugly, worn or damaged.

Peru has some great junk silver with designs that changed every year. The best part is that the coin states the purity.

Here is just one of many examples you can collect:

I'd second Peru...love their coins. But if you want just foreign "junk" the 72% siler produce by Mexico in the 1930's and 40's is easy to find in volume.
