I was wondering if anyone has seen a 1993 1 Dinar Commemorative note that supposedly marks the second Anniversary of the Liberation of the State of Kuwait.
Apparently it is not legal tender.
Any information on where one can be found and/or price please let me know.

There is a French dealer on delCampe that has one for €11 (about (US$15). He takes PayPal, however he doesn't speak English.

note:There is also an Indian dealer that has the presentation pack with this note, however her feedback is notoriously poor (both on delCampe and ebay)

Polish dealer on ebay (voyonick), excellent feedback, PayPal accepted also has the note available (about US$11.00).

According to the latest issue of World Paper Money, these are listed as a Collector Series issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait in celebration of the 2nd anniversary of the liberation of Kuwait and on the note is stated: THIS IS NOT LEGAL TENDER.

They have been given a Pick number of CS1 Listed price is 20.00.

What is odd is that there are replacement notes issued with a serial number of CK000091 - Why would they have replacement notes for a non circulating non legal tender collectors only fake banknote? why would it be only one number? Well, if you get a/the replacement it's worth 175.00

CS2, celebrating the 10th year anniversary of the liberation of Kuwait, came out in 2001 and has a catalog value of 17.50 with no notes in the catalog regarding replacement issues.
