On Friday I received 3 Bobcat 20 for 20 coins, I never ordered any, and it will be a week before my credit card bill arrives to check for charges. Has anyone else have something like this happen? I even double checked on the mint site, there's no orders showing in history. I was also able to place an 3 into my cart. I do want the coins, I was just waiting to spread out the order, as I've got the Great Lakes & O Canada subs. I do like these coins, better than mint photos. Too bad they weren't more true to the Colville design.

You sure you didn't sign up for the subscription. I noticed this year that the subscriptions don't show everytime the new one comes out. They just ship it to you.

No I didn't get the subscription, as I wasn't sure if I wanted 3 of the last two coins. I wanted to see those in photos first, before I made a decision. I did do the 100 for 100 sub, as I'm very impressed with the eagle.

Check the bill/statement inside the box that the 3 x $20 for $20s came in. See if there is an order date. Was there any paperwork included with your order?

In the latest order I received from the RCM I got 3 X Chipmunk gold coins instead of just the one I ordered. I called them up, got a return code and sent two back. They're supposed to refund the return shipping cost as well.

I'm also thrilled that my web Order History has not been properly updated. And last week, I was delighted to receive my Lake Ontario coin and subscription box with no notification. It's a fantastic improvement!

I've had all of those things happen.
Ordered one coin, received 3 and charged for 1.
Never get notification of coins shipping and nothing updated on the order profile since November.
The Mint is phenomenal.

I have received coins just because I bought the previous one in the series. This happened for the eagles last year. I also received the new lake and box last week with no notifcation and no update on my online profile. I asked my rep if any Autumn Bliss were avaiable and he said no. Two or three months later I had one show up. I think they ship if they can and there make you cancel and return as some people like me can be bothered and just keep the coins.

@kuh_85 how is the chipmunk coin? ( yes I know it will be small ) How is the detail?
@pocket change 50 - I think their hopes are you will just take the coins and bother with the trouble of returning them. The mints new sell out scheme lol. Hurry gets yours today before they sell out. ( mean while the returns are still processing )

Yes. I got 2 more Santa's that I asked for (asked for 3, received 5) and they should have refunded me 3 Goose but instead they sent me 3 more (total 6, asked 3). RCM like playing with that stuff.
