Palestine "100 Mils" Medallion, Who Has The Haffner Catalog?

I have been able to track down a couple pieces with a "50 mils" denomination on them, but not the 100 mils. From what I understand it may be listed in the catalog "Judaic Tokens and Medals" by Haffner, but I do not own a copy of this somewhat rare book.
Anyone own a copy, or is familiar with this medallion/token? I know it has to do with a collaboration between Muslim and Christian societies back in 1938.

I know it's a bit of an esoteric question, but I figure may as well take a shot in the dark.
