I was looking at this $20 for $20 silver coin and I see what looks like Machine Doubling? It's hard to see in the picture, but when I look at it under a magnifying glass, I definitely see something.

Machine-Doubling-On-A-$20-For-$20?

I thought every proof coin (Was doubled) was struck twice.....20 for 20 is proof coins....

There is rim finning as well----maybe related to the ghost doubling.---some sort of machine operating error for sure.
