Think the mint had a little D before it, that hasn't shown up in pics

Any thoughts, comments or views etc about this coin? and help with ID please

Its quite a biggy and reasonably heavy

Think I got it on the RIC spread sheet now thanks, Rarety C, I am guessing this means common?
This was a weird coin, I got it in an uncleaned batch, I didn't notice the coin when putting into DW, got it out 2 weeks later and stuck out like a sore thumb, it looks like its been scrubbed clean, but I didn't even brush it
Cant tell at all if its even worth cleaning more,
I didn't recognise the emperor at all, and most coins I see this beg don't have as much detail
